We have worked with processes and information management in many of Sweden's leading companies and other international companies since the mid 1990s. Our system was originally born as a result of one of the projects we led with a large Swedish telecom company.

Over time, the system has evolved to become a web-based navigator for business processes and management systems. The original system is called Enterprise-Pilot (EP) and has been in operation with several customers since 2004. Many companies we work with are certified through EP in ISO 9000 (QMS - Quality Management System) ISO14000 (EMS - Environmental Management System), ISO45001 (OH&S - Occupational Health & Safety), OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) and BRC Global Standards (British Retail Consortium Food Safety Standard).

As we have performed in the various industries, we have gained insight into how difficult it is to have control over all information and how much information is at risk of disappearing over time no matter what size and what type of business. Not to mentioned the difficulties of meeting various compliance standards. Reddibo was born out of a need to introduce an affordable, non-industry specific, knowledge-based management system geared for smaller companies, as well as to different types of non-profit associations.

In our hybrid organization with a mix of non-profit forces and employed staff, the documentation is incredibly important for our long-term continuity. If we do the right thing and use Reddibo throughout the business, we create an opportunity to go from a reactive to a proactive organization, with all the benefits it entails

In late 2016, we came in contact with some golf clubs who wished to have Reddibo adapted to their needs. We were told that the need for processes and secure information management in the world of golf were as great if not greater than those companies we had worked with before. The work has also led to a collaboration with both SGA (Swedish Green Keepers Association), NGA (Norwegian Greenskeepers Association) and NGF (Norwegian Golf Association).

Our goal with Reddibo has always been to develop an easy-to-use and appreciated system at a reasonable price. We have our satisfied customers to thank for having managed to get us this far. Our ambitions now are to continue to further develop the system together with our customers in order to make Reddibo even better. We would love to talk to you about how Reddibo might be scaled to suit your workplace - whether a golf club, an industrial workplace, or otherwise!

Best wishes,

Björn Olsson and Lena Otterström
