Our real estate customers uses EP/Reddibo as a platform to document and communicate its processes. The processes are visualized graphically in the form of process maps and relevant documentation has been linked to each process, such as routines, instructions, checklists etc. The access control makes it easy for the staff to get exactly the information needed for the task (process) without having to sort through a lot of information.

Several smaller property owners also use the system to document internal control as well as information about their properties such as drawings, maintenance plans and leases. Furthermore, functionality is also used to plan maintenance in both the short and long term and to handle fault reports from tenants.
